Till now still have many friends asked me,viya Why you choose Jewelry?
As Before i was in Electronic Business since 2009 when i graduated from University.
In 2012,i had a holiday in Honolulu Hawaii USA which is a very beautiful place,i walk around on street,and suddenly there have a shop which with lots people waiting a line,though i don’t know what this shops selling,i just joined. Till i enter the shop,i saw so many people carry basket to choose kinds of jewelry with egg flower designs,have earrings/rings/necklace/chains/hair clip etc fashion jewelry with egg flower elements.at that moment i feel that i came to Jewelry Paradise,and i fall in love with jewelry totally.(i cannot believe myself that as a young girl i never wear any jewelry before 2012).i feel that this is very good market,no matter economy is bad or good,people will never stop steps seeking for beauty!
I back hotel in the night,and cannot fall asleep at all.i asked myself that why i not choose jewelry at the beginning when i graduated.i do feel so much lucky that god let me find my favourite job.it’s really not easy for people who can find what they really like in our whole life.so i told myself that i must enter this field.therefore i booked tickets fly back China immediately,need tell boss my decision and start my new journey.
Obviously that my boss think was crazy to quit my job he thought for normal people will not made this decision,he told me at this stage your big decision is find right person to marry.(at that time i was 26,marketing manager with 35 sales staffs and each month have stable salary)he gave me 2month to think clearly.
After 2month i told my boss said i am clear than any time for my decision,life is so short i should do things i like and am so lucky that i found what i loved.so i have to try.even failed there have no regret in my life.
At the end we worked in another way,he invested me for jewelry company!(this is really out of my exception,and i feel that my shoulder have more responsibility)

My Second Choice--Products
When Company established,i asked myself 2questions
---What products i should do?
---How can my company survive?
Changan Dongguan is famous for metal produce,also named Metal&molding Town.there more than 1500 kinds of jewelry factories in this town.so how can i survive from those factories while am just new fish.
Therefore i asked my previous electronic clients and jewelry friends to get some valued informations,and did lots marketing research. Almost spent more than 1month,i finally clear which products i should do--Genuine Exotic Leather products and i started from exotic leather bracelet.
The reason why i choose this category,have mainly below 2 reason
---Raw material are expensive,not have many competitors
---Only valued products can keep longer,and nowdays consumers are more seeking for quality products.
Therefore my first target should search reliable exotic leather material supplier,and i was told thailand have many factories made stingray leather.before i thought this is very simple,we pay the money and get right products.at the end i paid too much lessons fee to get myself be professional.
Once i solve this problem,there have another problem come out. The suppliers i found cannot made stingray leather to leather cord successfully.
Each day i returned money back to clients and wasted leather as well.those status kept more than 2month.that periods really so hard as lose money everyday,almost let me give up. If this company just established by myself,i may give up.i just told myself cannot let people down who trust me.so i adjust myself and re-start.and at this moment i realized that need reliable strong supply chains.good supplier is much much more important than clients.therefore i told my partner that need support.he introduced a person who named Ken Guo who was ever Manager of Alibaba in Changan Dongguan(sure now he became VIYAJEWELRY partner).he know lots factories in different products field,and helped me a lot for supply selection.based on my failed experience i know how to choose right supplier to cooperate.after another 2month VIYAJEWELRY first stingray bracelet come out!(here would like to share pic)
Summarize
Not easy to start business,during the journey we have to pay kinds of lesson fees,but don’t be depressed,this is worth to give as those experience will make us more stronger! Maybe at that moment those experiences are just disaster,after 1 year or 3years,will be valued story for company/brand! As long as we keep faith,will see the light of down!
